“Let’s Play with the Unconscious”

Curiosity and playfulness are powerful tools for learning. They help to overcome all sort of fears, which mostly do not invite us to explore the deeper issues of our lives on individual and organizational levels. This keynote will focus on the learning that is hidden under the surface of our conscious awareness. The essence of social research will be addressed and how this works out in the context of groups, families, and organizations. Dreams and other aspects of deeper insight will be explored, and a guide for leaders of social systems will be discussed.
